WHERE THE MONEY GOES…
Last year we exceeded our goal of $150,000, made possible by the generosity of parents, alumni and friends. With your help, we have been able to:
* Provide tuition assistance to 17 low-income families
* Begin the development of a Science, Technology and Math Academy at Juan Diego
* Purchase new computers, TV cameras and books for the library
* Provide support to Debate, Dance, Human Rights International and some sports clubs
* Create three long-term endowments at the Catholic Foundation of Utah
WHO GIVES, AND HOW MUCH…
This year, our target is $200,000. Every donation to the Annual Fund, large or small, helps Juan Diego advance and is fully tax-deductible. Some businesses match employee donations. You can set up an endowment in your family’s name, leaving a legacy for years to come. To see who has already given to the Annual Fund, click here.
WHO BENEFITS…
Immediately, our students benefit as we enhance programs, getting them accepted into the finest colleges and universities in the country, or preparing them for rewarding careers. Families benefit from an institution that values community and promotes safe, social interaction. Society benefits when we send forth a generation of people who are determined and qualified to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
WHEN IT IS HELD...
The Annual Fund is held every year, starting with a mailing in the fall, followed by a Phonathon on October 20-21. To volunteer call Kim Williams: 801-495-4970 x200.
